We care about your privacy.

At Sprybits, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website. In particular, we want you to know that Sprybits is not in the business of selling, renting, or trading email lists with other organizations for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing.

To be clear about what data we collect and how we may use it, we're providing this privacy policy.

Analytics

When someone visits sprybits.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard usage activity and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

When someone uses our software, we may send usage statistics to our servers so that we can see how people use our software, what problems they have, what they like, and generally determine how to make better products without bugging people with surveys and emails. We never transmit or even know any private information, like server addresses, credentials, database and object names, etc.

Emails

As part of the software registration process, we collect personal information. We collect that information for a few reasons:

  1. to give you a license subscription or free trial account
  2. to tell you about stuff we're working on that we think you'll like;
  3. to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information;
  4. to ensure our records are correct and to make sure you're happy and/or satisfied.

We don't rent or trade email lists with other organizations.

We use a third-party provider to deliver emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by contacting us directly.

Contact requests

Our website provides contact forms to make communicating with us easy and convenient. The contact form asks for some personal information, but only the information we would require to have a conversation with you. Our contact forms are delivered to us by email, and the data is not stored on a server.

Requests for data

As part of the software licensing process, we collect necessary data to identify you and process any payments. If you want that data deleted and sent to you, it will also terminate any license you have with us. These requests can be made to us directly and we will gladly assist you.
